Lakin Farm

Today the weather was fine and sunny, so Ruth decided we should go for a walk on the beach at Blackwaterfoot.

I took my camera along and took a lot of snaps of the family and the beautiful scenery.

Abby talked non stop the whole time to Ruth, and John Luke and I discussed plots for films we would like to see. These mostly involved robots, soldiers and the like.

We decided that most films made in Hollywood were pretty poor considering the vast budgets they have.

Then out of the blue John Luke decided to reveal to us, and the wider world, his true identity …. Jet Boy. He stood on a rock, raised one arm into the air and took off with a mighty woosh.

I managed to take this picture of him just as he set off.

Well what actually happened was, I asked John Luke to jump off a rock and he said he would try to do it like Superman.

I think he did pretty well.

UPDATE

It seems that both our kids have flying super powers. Whilst sorting through photographs of our recent trip to Cambridge, I found this image of Abby secretly practicing her flying skills.
