Last weekend we escaped from the island and spent a few days in lovely Edinburgh. We had good weather, good food, and stayed in a very nice hotel.

Digging Our New Vegetable Beds

We decided the beds should be raised so they are easier to work. Luckily we had plenty of old floorboards from the farmhouse to use.

I have built a hard base for the shed, which took about 5 tons of hardcore and concrete.
